06/03/10 - Poole Borough 1, Hamworthy Rec 3. - Match Report
In a classic game of two halves, Borough controlled proceedings in the first period and deservedly turned around a goal ahead. However after the break Rec stepped up the pressure, with the turning point of the match coming after Martin Sault was dismissed for a second yellow card, and Borough were unable to hold out against the league leaders, who secured their first double against the Hornets in six seasons.......Report

Another big Senior Cup night and once again the Borough players did the the club and the DPL proud as they matched the Magpies for much of the game and left the Wessex Premier League leaders desperately defending for the final few minutes before escaping with a narrow victory..........Report & Photos

20/02/10 - Westland Sports 1, Poole Borough 3. - Match Report
Having stormed into a two-goal lead after only 10 minutes, Borough delivered a magnificent defensive performance to preserve their advantage before a third Hornets goal 20 minutes from time looked likely to see them cruise to victory. However there was a frantic last 10 minutes after the referee awarded the home side a penalty, showing Borough keeper Jakub Malara a straight red card in the process and after Westlands converted the spot kick, Borough had to resort to some desperate defending before they were able to celebrate an important victory.........Report & Photos

13/02/10 - Poole Borough 4, Bridport Reserves 2. - Match Report
Following two consecutive draws, Borough chalked up their first win of 2010 against a young Bridport side, however having stormed into a four goal lead within an hour, the Hornets lost their way in the final 30 minutes, allowing the Bees to pull back two goals which took the shine of what was otherwise a fine performance........Report & Photos

06/02/10 - Poole Boro Res 3, Branksome Celtic 0.
After a disappointing first half, where the visitors had the best of the chances and came close to opening the scoring late on, Borough stepped up their game after the interval and went a goal up from an Adam Watson penalty after Luke Pidgley was bundled over in the area after having taken the ball past three defenders. Tim Porter came off the bench and punished a poor back pass with an assured finish before the game was sealed by Watson when he scored direct from a left wing corner to progress to the quarter finals.................Photos
