Borough erased memories of their heavy defeat at Magna Road in April by picking up a well deserved point from their local rivals to go with their victory against Rec in September. The home side probably had the best of the play over the full 90 minutes, but with a quarter of an hour to go the Hornets sensed the chance to pick up all three points and created two clear goalscoring opportunities, the second falling to Simon Landers who will feel disappointed he did not hit the target.
