Borough ended their run of three straight defeats with a victory at Barnetts Field to record the double against the Cherries and also end their impressive run of three straight victories which saw them defeat Dorchester Town Reserves, Bournemouth Sports and Hamworthy Recreation, all on the road. Lee Thomas made his second successive start for the Hornets and scored a goal in each half, the first coming on 11 minutes before he completed his brace after 80 minutes.
