First Team Manager

Paul Harding- Well known in local football circles having played for a number of clubs in the area, including Poole Town in the Southern League and Wessex League Bournemouth Poppies. Paul first played for Borough in their inagural season, making four appearances on April 2000 before returning to the club at the beginning of the 2006/07 season and was appointed manager in February 2008.

First Team Assistant Manager

Keith Whatling- Appointed as Paul Harding's assistant in February 2008, Keith had previously played for the club before joining Holt United, making made four first team appearances for the Hornets during the 2003/04 season.

Physiotherapist

'Moff' Smith - A Borough Youth Team manager for a number of years as well as a qualified physio, Moff stepped up to support the Senior squad at the start of the 2006/07 to replace long time physio Steve Miles.

Reserve Team Manager

Dall Fletcher- Joined Poole Borough as Reserve Team Manager at the beginning of the 2005/06 season where he took the side to a credible fifth position in their first season in the Dorset Senior League before they moved across to the newly formed Dorset County Reserve League. In 2007 Dall steered the reserves to the final of the Dorset Senior Trophy where they best Chickerell United Reserves 2-1 at the Avenue Stadium, Dorchester.

Reserve Team Assistant Manager

Giles Kilshaw-Fall - Built an excellent reputation in local circles as secretary for Bournemouth League Sunday side Ashley Cross, Giles stepped in to take on the role of secretary at the start of the 2001/02 season following the death of Brian Lamb. He continued his playing career for the reserves and was assistant manager until he took over running the side when Lee Atkins stood down at the beginning of the 2002/03 season. In his first campaigh took the side to runners-up position in Dorset Division 3 North & East, and followed up the next season by lifting the Dorset Division 2 title, after which he was asked by then first team manager Tony White to step up and become his assistant a role he maintained when Shaun Brooks took over the reigns. Stepped in as caretaker after Brooks resigned in April 2006 and subsequently appointed joint first team manager with Jason Phillips as well as remaining Club Secretary and also Vice-Chairman of the Dorset Premier League. When it became difficult to maintain the joint management role Giles volunteered to step down to become Jason's Assistant in March 2007, and again took on the Caretaker role when Jason Phillips resigned in December 2007, before handing over to Paul Harding and stepping in to support Dall.
